the location is indeed perfect. i was close to subway stations and many attractions. the hotel always maintained cleanliness, and the staff showed helpfulness. (the breakfast area was lively).
the air conditioning in my room made consistent noise. i could not adjust the fan, disruptive. this made restful sleep difficult.

my room included coffee and tea. the kitchenette was a nice feature, equipped with a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher. overall, the room provided practical amenities for a comfortable stay.

i found the location optimal for seeing many attractions by foot. convenient access to transportation and proximity to key landmarks made exploring easy. there were endless choices for food and leisure within walking distance.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location provided easy access to various attractions. I found the luggage storage very useful. The bellman was helpful and got a cab for the train station.
Elevator wait times were long. I sometimes waited over 20 minutes. The breakfast area was small, and it was hard to find a place to sit. The room was not serviced daily.

The staff was approachable and addressed my questions quickly. I saw the front desk had multiple employees assisting guests efficiently. Their attentiveness contributed positively to my stay.

the location is wonderful. it is within easy walking distance to many attractions like rockefeller center and central park. the staff was kind and always ready to help with any questions. the breakfast offered a nice start to the day. the updated room provided a cute space after a long day.
the elevators sometimes took a little longer than i hoped. it was a minor inconvenience though.

the room included a kitchenette and a dishwasher i found the hotel very well located. breakfast had many options i appreciated the convenience this location provided to the vibe of the area.
the elevator was a minor inconvenience between 9:00-11 am i noticed it became very busy then.
